Sketches VI

This was a sketch that I did about a week ago in the Berlin Hostel Guestbook. The paper was really glossy and difficult to work with, sooooo easy to smudge but gave a great gloss finish. I was aiming for something atmospheric that would consider the Berlin Wall without making it to kitch or tacky. I think this is getting there but still need to simplify the overall composition (and maybe turn it into a painting one day).
